||- My room mate helped me with the self-portrait roll tonight. It was very amusing to have her help me wrap myself in one of the newspapers I had an article published in - the theme of the roll came to me while I napped. I must say our love of photowhoring makes things much less awkward.
She has a tripod I was able to place Nur on for most of the photos I took of myself, and she helped me with the close up shots.

Why this idea? Because it reflects the career I desire - a lens through which I view myself - something other than a simple shot of the outer appearance, but a sense of an identity. Kathie-the-Journalist.
